• Appointed Senior Analyst and Programmer leading a team of five developing an interactive system to monitor refineries' performance and efficiency.
  
  
• Implemented on multiple VAX 11/780s and 11/750s using VMS, FORTRAN, COBOL, DATATRIEVE, DECNET RMS and process control techniques.
  
  
• Also responsible for the supervision of staff and setting of policy in respect of software standards used on all BP Oil's data processing projects.
